How To Become a Member
1. Download the membership application form.
The form is a PDF file. If you have problems downloading or opening the form, check if Adobe Reader is installed in your PC. If not, you may download Adobe Reader here.
2. Print the form and fill-up the requested information.
3. For the membership dues, make a check or money order to "FAAP".
4. Mail the completed form and check/money order to:

Membership Dues Per Calendar Year
$40/family (spouses and their children under 18 years old)
$25/single
$10/student (18 to 25 years old)
$300 Lifetime Membership for a couple with one or both spouses 55 yrs old or older (ID required: driver's license or passport)
$200 Lifetime Membership for single
New member courtesy: New members who pay after October 1st shall have their membership dues waived the following year.
